The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. Quick resolution of any issues. Spacious and clean rooms. Strong water pressure with hot water. Fantastic location near city centre and old town. Helpful and available staff.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and cute with excellent English. The location was perfect, within walking distance to most attractions and with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was clean and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. We didn't have any trouble finding parking close to the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the historical center was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us homemade rakia and giving us great advice on what to see and do. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. We also appreciated the extra services offered, such as room service and laundry. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful, always available when we need help. the location is great, close to the city center and the old town. the rooms are nice and spacious, equipped with everything we need, and the water pressure is quite strong. We appreciated the breakfast with a great choice of dishes.

The cleaning of the bathroom was inconsistent, sometimes the towels were changed while other times not.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the internet worked well. The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and the old town. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The water heater in the bathroom only held enough hot water for a short shower, and the room was quite noisy at night due to the passing cars and trash transporters. despite the presence of a kitchen, there were no mugs for making tea, which was a bit disappointing.
